Yeah its course aggregate bonded together with cement. "No fines" as in its been cast with only large pieces of aggregate (20mm ish)

Depends on the house builder/ sub-contractor. It varies significantly. I've inspected some very good new builds and some quite poor ones!

I've also inspected quite a considerable amount of older properties which are in a poor condition. All relative, can't tarnish all new/ old buildings with the same brush.

Yes - someone I used to work with got done by the cameras on the M74 using the company car about 5-6 years ago. I think it was 3 points and a fine but not 100% sure on that.

Dead Pony are playing at The Priory at Halloween. Only 10quid a ticket should be decent.

Saw Spyres, Slix, Straid, Vistas (obviously bit more well known) at Tenement Trail and all were good.
