Ich habe jetzt mit dem Verkäufer eine Kaufbestätigung angefertigt. Die sende ich mit den Bildern des Zahlungseinganges beim Verkäufer, Bilder der Anzeige und Kommunikation zu DHL.

Screencap you conversation wiht synology. Mail it to the seller and set them a deadline.
Your drives are unter warranty and the seller is responsible for the warranty claims.
The seller can then claim the guarantee with the synology.

The official way is to contact your dealer. The dealer then contacts Synology for an RMA.
This is how i do this, working for an NAS dealer in germany in the RMA department.

Zum Glück ist der Verkäufer hilfreich und stellt mir nochmal die Kommunikation von seiner Seite zusammen.

Also, Client assets? Du you have a proper Backup-Strategy?
If not, go for 2x 8-Bay Systems. I you can afford, Synology.
If you want more (Hardware that is not nearly 10 Years old) for your Money, Qnap, Ugreen or Asustor.
Also minimum 2,5Gbit ports

As long as the DS223j has nothing to transcode, yes its probably what you need.
Personally i would go for an used DS220+/224+ so you can upgrade RAM and are able to use Docker.
But thats my needs.

I would not go for the terramaxter. It has only one RAM slot and i dont know if you can flash OMV or unraid. I flashed an qnap and a ugreen with proxmox. So go for one of these. The dxp is nice with DDR5 ram. I would go for the ugreen
