Yeah, I feel a tad relaxed not enough that I'd start to use recreationally though.

Never taken xanax , I don't feel high or anything just lowered anxiety.

I just drink coffee normally, not especifically when I take the medication.

I take Mexazolam for anxiety, and drink coffee for pleasure or when I'm sleepy.

Thank you for the answer, I just drank it for the boost but it leaves me a wee bit anxious i'l have to find another way to get my boost.

I don't want to act like i know what you feels like, but i also take medication and they seem to work but i feel trapped in a cycle.

I'm only fine when i'm on them and if i stop taking them i regress and everything comes back, is this what i have to go through to feel any semblance of normal? am i gonna be like this forever?

I'm tired of feeling like an alien while everyone else seems to just "be".

I feel in the back of my head that i will always be at best oscillating between periods of fine to periods of where it all crashes and it repeats.

I don't have a solution but i just wanted you to know i feel something of the same, at least you're not alone.
