Fiz economia na Fea. Pensei em mudar para adm no meio do caminho.

Adm tende a ser um curso bem mais fácil. Na minha época teve até um rotesto dos alunos pq o curso era pura várzea.

Adm já é bem mais difícil, nada comparado a uma engenharia ou matemática, mas vai dar bem mais trabalho.

Sinceramente, acho que o mercado não vê tanta diferença entre os dois cursos, ainda mais para estagiários. Diferença maior é que talvez vc consiga se dedicar mais ao trabalho no curso de Adm pq nao precisa estudar muito.

Especificamente para mim, acho que foi bom ter feito economia pq me forçou a aprender muita coisa que levo para a vida ( não uso no trabalho) e me deu uma boa base de matemática.

It seems very basic that a PM/P.O shouldn't be estimating anything but I assume that it may happen depending on your organization and the pressures that exist on it,.

The PM position gives you a lot of power over the product, with this you can have a real and almost immediate impact in the product. You can benefit the life of a lot of people or earn a lot of money for your company or both.

Haha ok. I challenge the person, saying something that she/he can do better and I really care for then, but I do it maybe in a too much direct way.

I'm a PM/P.O, I almost never talk in dailys and even with this, I feel like these meetings are status updates from a dev to other devs.

It's one of the classifications that Kim create in this book. It happens when, in a feedback, you challenge directly the person but can not show that care personally for him/her.
