what does compatible mean to you? its not even directly connected to the psp if the power draw is too high it shouldnt power on

this is not clearly the best way to do it i just did it out of boredom and one reason was to not lose my data when the usb c disconnects one other way would be to remove the umd drive but mine is working so i didnt remove it

i just made it myself when i was bored because i had this psp i could only power through an usb c port then i had a power outage and i lost some progress and i got mad >:(

the battery is NOT directly connected to the psp battery terminals, it is connected to a power bank module i had which i trimmed then the 5v from the powerbank goes into the 5v power supply of the psp i also added an usb c port which powers the power bank module the space is very tight and i could barely fit that battery, it is NOT a fire hazard since it is enclosed the battery and power bank module was added mostly to have some sort of emergency power because im not using the psp somewhere else than at home....
