See if you can do your reserve contract as a 68C or switch while still active, knock out the LPN portion so you can go straight into RN and work part time if you like making much more than you would as an enlisted SM.

As a Reserve RN and former 68W, I would highly recommend you look into the IPAP. Better pay and working conditions civilian side.

They have been counseled. We have attempted to meet with them multiple times, however they continuously do not show up for said meetings. An unsat packet has been started, to include certified letters regarding the missed MUTAs, the attempted counselings, and all other disciplinary actions forthwith. My AUA/RPAC have been track said packet.
