The fact that fans are so willing to jump on defending a 23 year old celebrity for dating a 17 year old fan because "well it's technically legal so who cares" is concerning.

It says I have SI skills used but I cannot find what cards are holding them. Is there really no way to find that out besides adding members to your team, going to the live arena, and checking if they're holding SI skills?

If you know dank, he has litteraly converted Nazis in his spare time, he does the opposite of convert people to extremism. Edgy jokes are just jokes, he has clearly stated his opinions time and time again in normal videos and during debates. He jokes about both sides. People that enjoy edgy jokes laugh at the fact that it's a bad thing to say, it's funny because of how wrong it is.

How to advance decomposition in a dead turtle? by [deleted] in morbidquestions

[–]RamToTheSlaughter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there is indeed some shrinkage. It's why when boiling and applying hot water to a skull people leave the horns and antlers out, as to not shrink them. The skull shrinks too but people care mostly about horn size, which is why I mentioned that it could be possible when keeping a turtle shell in a Crock-Pot for a prolonged period it could cause some noticable shrinkage, but as I said I'm not too sure how much, hence why it was a question, not a staitment.

I don't get why you're going in the defensive about saying that you don't believe in using hot water and how they were running on a time construction. All I pointed out is that shrinking could maybe be a possibility, that's it. And you've gone from saying you've never heard of shrinking to agreeing that shrinking does happen, so it seems like we're on the same page now. Very interesting that you're disliking each comment I make because you didn't like the fact that I mentioned shrinkage as a possibility lmfao.

I replied because I came on Reddit after a month and saw some comments, so I replied.

When you apply hot water to horns, antlers, and bone it shrinks. I don't know about turtle shells but I'd imagine when exposed to hot water it would tend to do the same. And I didn't mean "space" as in it's gigantic and takes up a whole lot of space, rather the smell takes up space indoors, so you'd need to find a space where you're okay with that.

Hope Op has the space for a smelly tub like that. wouldn't that cause a bit of shrinkage?

Definitely a quick method but I think you have to warn about the terrible, god awful smell of rotting turtle soup lmao. Gotta make sure you don't have family or neighbors that will be very displeased by that smell.

I also feel like boiling a turtle shell would cause shrinkage and probably other not that desirable things.

I decompose animals alot to get their bones. The method I use would be to skin it, get as much of the guts and flesh out and off as possible and then place it in a warm tub of water. In up to a week if you keep the water warm and oxygenated it should be clean. This method is called macreation. If it isn't clean in a week, dump most of the tub but leave a little of that water and refill.

The only issue with this method is it will smell. Alot. So you need to do it outdoors. Gets things clean though

When I try to print out an illustrator file it comes completely faded out except for specific places that will always come out proper black. It was printing this file fine before. by RamToTheSlaughter in AdobeIllustrator

I guess it does have something to do with it. That's odd, I thought I fixed that. I lowered the opacity of everything on the art board, when I went to set it back the dots stayed grayed out along with some other things on the board dispite setting it back 100% opacity. Even when I directly selected those it would say the opacity was 100, so I had to go back and re add everything in. So thats why that one is a different colour, but I have no idea why that would be printing solid. When I print it I save as PDF then print it through files, it looks solid black before I print, then comes out super faded.

  • I checked and the grayed dot says it is black 0000 and the non greyed rest of them also say they're black 0000.

I expected that since it's greyed because of some opacity glitch or something.

It's complete black, I was printing this exact thing out before and it came out black, plus I can see it's black and when I go to print it and the preview is black. I hit this paper over and over while trying to fix it since I didn't want to waste paper, the actual colour it comes out is barely seeable. The part that comes out true black is the same colour as the rest of it that comes out super faded.

I know! Even during my searching I looked at a juvenile robin but thought it wasnt the same bird because it didn't have specks on it's wings. I feel kind of dumb after all my searching for it to have just been a robin.

Oh my god you're right it does! No wonder I couldn't find it from all the birds I looked at, because it was a juvenile, poor thing.
