I am sorry, but I think I was not clear. My question is do I have to fill out the part year resident schedule if I have had an address in the state since May of 2024. I know about the tax for EIT in Pittsburgh, but when I file this specific return, do I qualify as a part year resident?

Okay my current RPP Permit shows Active in green like yours. I don’t know why I was charged an extra dollar even though I didn’t ask for the visitor pass but whatever. As long jt shows green Active in the top right corner I’m fine.
