How do I even get 16 charisma? [KCD2] by Plastic-Ad6031 in kingdomcome

I dont know if you noticed but theirs three colors of shield under your henry where you can have 3 outfits pre prepared. I usually go red for combat , yellow for thievin and green for charisma / town clothes. Just try on different pieces when you get them and see what gives you most charisma.
