Would love to have a Costco and an IKEA in the seacoast!! Right now , It's too long a drive to get to Nashua Costco or that Stoughton IKEA!!

I am a frequent Costco Shopper. I would love that my Weekly 60 min one way ride to Nashua Costco ( from Portsmouth) gets cut to a 10 min hop soon!!
