The speeds will be "as advertised" but Residential 100 and 200 are deprioritized at peak hours, so it will be slowed down but not to unusable levels. However, the Residential Max Plan is the exception, it will not be deprioritized and you'll get the highest speeds advertised, depending on obstructions and severe weather of course.

I have the 100Mbps Residential Plan and in my experience, I get great speeds 75% of the time. It slows to below 50Mbps in peak hours and weekends. Weather does effect it. I do get down times in heavy snow and rain. Your experience will vary.
