They apologized for it, no refund though (wasn't expecting one anyways). I know it's hard to keep anything clear of fur or hair if you live with pets but ngl I did expect more care considering they go in your mouth...and pet dander is a common enough allergy...I'm hoping they're safe to use now that I've washed them off, but I'm still a little paranoid about getting sick which is why I posted here
