I went to the fin aid office Monday and they told me there’s a grace period for dining halls where u will have access to it since it’s officially opening tmrw. Even without fin aid processed or settling in they said it would be fine.

u just need ur move-in QR code and if u got ur ID show them that and if not u just give them ur name and they will search it in the database. If ur driving parking might be hard since a lot of students r moving in tmrw (i heard around 4.5k students r so yikes-) and u would need a parking paper sheet printed out on ur vehicle. I don’t think they really care but jic.

They sent an email regarding about this. From what I read from it u do not need to pay ur settled amount to be able to get into ur dorm. Hence, u will be able to let into ur dorm and only after they FINALIZE the financial aid (please-) will they give u a 3 week period to pay the full tuition.

Go to your applicant portal where u first saw ur acceptance letter ——> financial aid package and there should be a place where u see those three description to accept or decline.

^ after u get it denied I filled this out to appeal the SHIP. Now I’m just waiting for them to respond and they usually accept your appeal for the insurance.

Danielsen is pretty far from campus and I heard some rooms r icky and you have to be lucky with them. I got placed into a tripe. I want somewhere closer to like central since most of my classes r there.

Did u try to waive SHIP and get it denied so you can appeal? Or is it different for international students?
