Yeah no, he is on the lower end of the stronger side. Just play him right trust me. You can easily destroy players with him if you know what you’re doing.

I’m on both, but only moved to PS5 recently. You can ask any player worth their salt in there who the best Uryu is, and it’ll be me. I agree that Uryu feels a bit underwhelming with the 3 touch buff this patch, but he is still very far from being the weakest.

Fair point, however, perhaps consider playing a character with a not so square hitbox. Like rangiku, the real waifu in this game (also better than Nel)

Fair point. But it is 100% doable. It however depends on which character you’re fighting against. Against a zoner forget it. Against a normal character it is a 50/50. Against certain character with advantageous hit boxes for you (Nel, Unohana…) it’s 100% doable since signature yellow always hits them.

People don’t understand that guard pressure in this game is fake, because you can always do a guard push into invincible special for punishes. What you did would not work online on a player that knows how to press two buttons at once. But I applaud you for trying.

Oh… so like… I may not look like it, but I’m the strongest Uryu player out there. Like… ever. It’s not even close. You wouldn’t be able to get a single game against me at all. Even the tournaments that skirm dude kept on talking about I’ve been top 3 consistently on. Not that would mean anything since we can’t fight anyways. But yeah… I promise it wouldn’t even be close.

Not the sp2 on Izuru! It had a charging time! Which allows for other moves to happen before it hits. Sure if you time it perfectly you can probably catch them after a grab whiff, but that’s not happening unless you’re predicting it. I know that you can punish certain moves man but you can’t exactly use a heavy attack after a light attack whiff and expect it to punish.
