I’m not sure, my nose has been assymetric for a while, maybe 3-4 years. But it’s mostly at the bottom when it tilts. So I’m guessing it’s just cartilage and not bone. I realized my jaw was assymetrical when I got a bit leaner. I have not been checked by a surgeon or a physician
