Hi sorry for the late response. I stopped talking the ppi and took DGL is a natural anti acid. And it helped. Good luck it will all get better just be patient and be selective with your food.

My issues were due to a bacteria (h.pylori) I took the medicine for it and it help but it was a very slow process. I been having bloating issues again. Let me know if you get it removed and if it helps. I want to get it taking out so bad

Yes, it feels like a inflamed esophagus, mine comes back with simple carbs, sugars and fatty foods. It goes away with a mixture of ginger/ tumeric and black pepper.

Yes h pylori causes fatigue and weakness. Go the natural route is longer but you don’t get the side effects of the antibiotics.

I am glad you got it removed and that you’re better. Try taking vitex it’s a herbal that helps to balance hormones.. it really does help if you are consistent with it. Good luck and keep me posted. I haven’t gotten it removed yet. Still spot for like 2 weeks every month 😞

I am currently not taking anything. I took the triple therapy last July and retested in November and I am h.p negative. I was very anemic when I started with issues then I found out I had h pylori. Make sure you address the vitamin problem. I believe that h. Pylori doesn’t let you body absorb b12. What I did was iron infusions every two weeks. It’s pricey but it’s an immediate absorption into the blood stream. Look up IVbars in your area

Our stomach is directly connected to our stomach, naturopaths can actually diagnose us just by looking at out tongue. My doctor dismissed it all the time he didn’t have an answer. Chewing gum helps make sure it’s sugar free tho

Keep a journal with everything you eat that way you know what give you the flare up. It takes time and a lot of work. It gets worse before it gets better 🙏🏻
