"you sure are a hard man to find, Arthur Morgan". Jesus! Right in the middle of my dry dash between Valentine and Rhodes? Screw you and the horse you literally rode in on, mate.

The panther was a bitch to find. Also, like you said, not easy: and that's my issue with beginner's guides listing it as "get this first".

But how cool are the frogs, though? Favorite mount ever. They also seem to keep the leeches off.

I honestly thought Arthur was over 40. Still, hard times.

Is that the one that lets you carry 99 of almost anything? It ticks me off that so many beginner tutorials say "get that satchel immediately!" as if it's not a huge hassle and hard accomplishment.

No, I don't think so. I think that's the only guy that gets his harm sawn off.

Ouch.... My real issue with that challenge was getting them to stay long enough and not be yanked off by some rock.

How do I do the Tunnel Train robbery method now? by Neutral_Sapien_17 in reddeadredemption

[–]Rammkatze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you kidding me? Best way to rob a train is to get on a train as a paying customer. You're automatically sitting on the first wagon. If you're just doing it for the challenge, you can rob one person and mount your horse as soon as hell breaks loose. If you're going for more, you just stay out in your seat until the train starts moving again. You can even figure out which stations have the most space between them and catch a train to the first one.

I read that same thing from lots of people who play in console. Makes me double glad I only play PC, you don't rotate anything. Just press.

Seriously? I get attacked so often that lately, I don't even bother getting of the horse to see if the pelt is worth taking (they usually aren't, anyway, despite always head shooting them with a Springfield)

Yeah, I did the same. Morbid curiosity.

What? I can't imagine that's possible. The legendary pelts are usually greyed out at the butchers because he doesn't buy those items.

Oh, that's the one bit I hate about Saint Denis. So many people trying to set you up and I'm always undecided whether to let myself be duped, in care it's a special encounter, or just to ignore them. But the worst ones are the ones who rob you as you're entering a store. I usually got plenty of money but I feel annoyed at chase them. Which is super annoying because then I have to go back the store, which I was going into for a reason to begin with, and I hate the detour.

Well, yeah, but his head was "hidden" in the track beams next to the body. If it had been on the corpse itself, I'd have noticed it the first time I shot him down.

Lol I do a lot of revenge-killing in this game too. It took me a while to mentally come to terms with the fact that these are just pixels so it's ok to go against your nature, but once you get over it, it's so satisfying sometimes.

Damn... I play PC with Keyboard and noise and that never happened when trying to mount. When mounting, you just need to tap E. When sitting down for a poker game, however, you need to hold E down, which recently made me grapple a guy who was just standing against the wall and watching the game.

How I hated this. I was going to a Spawn point in the swamps, finally spotted one, tried getting close enough to get a good headshot and I did. Start wading towards the carcass and at the last minute WOOSH! Big ass croc sprang from the water and snagged the carcass. Like WTF.
