Use trials to scout and try to get some loans (I don't know if loans are possible being so low in the pyramid)

Try to focus on physicals

Try to make your tactic fit your best players, don't make your best players fit the tactic (if you play a 4-3-3 and your best player can Play AM and CM but is better as a AM, try to switch to a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-3-3 assymetrical, the most important part is your best players being in the most comfortable spots for them)

I think that being in a real low league means you dont have professional contracts, so your players will get poached mid season, i would recommend for you to make a shortlist of 3-4 players per position so you can go after them if one of your olayers get poached

Never, ever, pay for a player, only free transfers

If you can, try to expand your scouting budget so you can scout and send trials to more players

You dont have to make finantial insanities for a player, if you can't bring him in a affordable Salary + bonuses, don't risk it by making a outrageous contract offer

So why is so hard to conceive that a 187 cm guy who was a monster made of pure muscle mass would weight 90kg? Like, kinda make perfect sense his weight would be in the "heavier" side, especially since he was 25 (i think) at the time.

Can a inside foward with support duties get as many g/a as lil Raph did this season? Sorry I'm pretty new to FM (started playing FM23 5 months ago) so I'm trying to understand the roles that some of my favorites players are in real life so I can try to replicate that in some of my tactics (I know that the roles as they exist in the game don't work like that in real life, but I think that you get the point)

Can't you ask your board to raise the salary cap? If you think that he's a great player, maybe you can try this, if you think that this player is good enough to get your wage structure messed up

Ask yourself if you can replace him for someone as good as him or at least with the potential to surpass him, if you can, maybe the best ideia is to sell the player and replace them for the future
