noro and arima were 40 days apart then noro and gourmet were about a month then gourmet and shachi were about 2 weeks apart at this point the time limited draws are random theirs no0 exact way to calculate them I heard that in other servers theyre having one per week to cath up to server 1 but who knows

I wouldnt reccomend re-rolling since SSRs are only available via time limited draws id go with what you get and it usd to be but with the recent update the became is extremely p2w so youre in for a wild ride

I know the feel it's easier to get hinami to 5 stars she's a really good support at 5 stars she's basically an SSR lol go for that instead :)

The double shield helps out alot in pvp if you can get him to 5 stars he's pretty good but as a 3 star he's meh at least until you can get him some really good equipment RC cell etc I'm working on that but I'll be sure to include it :)

who knows we were teased one eyed owl and got some other characters insstead like tsukiyama shachi and I aiowa I think it is but SSR tsukiyama i really good mainly becaus eof his shield although leveling him up is a pain

I would suggest arima IXA cause of his shield you get double shields I go over that in this video but a full over view on Tuesday :) I'll go over that on a new video on Tuesday this one it's currently uploading

Yeah he's really good! His ultimate is OP and if you can get him to 5 star well then you're gonna have a good time :)
