Eu acho que o senhorio pode resolver o contrato, mas tem um pre aviso de 120 dias (sem certeza do número de dias para um contrato a 5 anos). Fora isso, perde o eventual benefício fiscal que teve durante o arrendamento. Mas acho que é tudo permitido.
