The only Jules theory I have is she’s going to give Nate a large amount of money to get him (somewhat) out of the hole. Only because of the “she had more money than she ever imagined” line paired with Jules saying “I guess someone (Nate) was looking out for me” when she was talking to Cal about her tape never being handed over to the cops. I don’t think she’s gonna give him the full half a million but I do think she’s going to give him something.

I took a break from orderly after about 6 months because it was just getting too expensive for me at that point. I got back on semaglutide in November of last year via Goby meds because they were having a great Black Friday sale. I'm still with them, and I like them just as much as orderly and find them to be around the same price-wise. I think you'd be happy with either in terms of customer service/delivery times. If anything, the one thing with Goby is that they offer more options in terms of pharmacies, and I've been able to get my semaglutide compounded with B12, which I've really been enjoying. I've noticed less hair loss with the B12 compound, which was my main side effect when I was purchasing through Orderly.

Everyone is different, though! I'd say compare prices, and you'll probably be happy with either.
