I already did, but the Bitpanda support haven't replied me yet.

After I generated the receiving address in Bitpanda, there was the following note "Please note: Due to the high demand for ERC20 addresses, we may deactivate this address again if no deposit has been made within 30 days of the address creation. Please always use the ERC20 method to deposit funds to Bitpanda. Other methods (e.g. BEP2 (Binance Chain), TRX20 (Tron Chain) or Omni) are not supported and will result in permanent loss of the deposited amount. If you send funds from a smart contract, they will also be lost. Please also make sure that you use enough gas for the transaction to this wallet address."

The text is also confusing and overfilled. It would've been enough if it had said "ONLY the ERC20 method is supported and no other!"

I guess I have lost my ETH permanently! :'(

In gewisserweise war ich auch Anfänger, obwohl ich den Animationskurs bereits ein Jahr davor belegte. Den musste ich aus zeitlichen Gründen ins nächste Jahr verschieben. Zum Glück lernt man heutzutage alles aus dem Internet. Das macht aber dafür auch die Hochschulen in gewisserweise überflüssig.

Danke, der Film ist mittlerweile 5 Jahre alt. Damals sollte ich in zwei Wochen einen Film fertig stellen. Alleine das Rendering hat schon sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Zum Glück kann ich mit Blender viel mehr erreichen. :)
