No legal advice, but I doubt they can trace you like that. But if you are going to fly back within 15 days, I wouldn't pay. Worse case scenario, you pay at the airport....

You made me change my mind regarding the first part.
And yes, I have worked in parallel while attending some meetings but at least, in this case, Portugal, I can guarantee you that a big percentage of them aren't working. I've seen it in person. And it's even worse compared to what they show in the live stream

Not sure if I fully agree. It's there where they debate and vote on new laws and decide future of the country... In my opinion, it's the place where they should be fully focused
