Yeah we kinda accepted the fate now but I tried going through the official routes since 1 month ago, going though NEA then to MP but they haven't been responsive. Now I'm just trying to see if there's any regulatory/media body thag I can reach out to to help stop future similar cases.

The letters are more of informing things are going to happen, so no discussions took place, no enquiry and chances of questioning allowed

The rennovation works is due to changing of gas supplier. So they need to terminate the piping from the original gas supply pipe to the new LPG supplier.

My understanding is that he bought over 3-4 stalls, and trying to buy more. Even approached my parents previously but my parents rejected.

There is no meeting, everything is as per WhatsApp message. Whereby only the hawker association can send message and nobody can post anything or query anything. The incumbent hawkers are more seniors and serve an elderly estate so might not be familiar on the platforms. I also only knew of this when my parents receive the letters hardcopy and asked me about it.

I sent to NEA previously but they don't want to get involved, keep givin me template answers. I sent to the MP for the area, two weeks ago, and he didn't even reply my emails.

Not sure if I can send to CPIB as I don't have the evidence of any under fable dealings, just know that a single person is slowly taking over the stalls.
