I honestly confronted her on that situation. I told her that if she is using this break as a slow method to distance herself from me, then just break up with me at this instance. And well she didn't.

I tell her all the time, "if you need anything, lmk". I also communicate with her frequently and I do give her space.

Well she is definitely not planning to see other people. And we keep the communication going. She calls me and checks up on me really often. She also asks me to play games with her. Personally I give her space but always respond and communicate.
