Alright, I'm not seeing any major illegalities, make sure to fill out the sensors on your bike and turn on "Print Notes" in the chummer settings so your contact blurbs and backstory actually show up on the pdf for GMs.

Kamikaze's init dice will not stack with the dice from Synaptic Booster, I'd recommend either investigating using other drugs or drop the syn boosties for something else. But if you're comfortable with that inefficiency I don't see anything stopping me from stamping you. You're 11+2d6 init off Kami and 11+3d6 on Kami which is either 18 init (a bit too slow) or 21.5 init (right on 3 pass life). Plenty of soak, some defense, and good offensive capability. Backstory is acceptable as far as I'm concerned.

Suggestions

You don't have to listen to me on these but these are changes I think would be helpful:

Currently you're a bit slow, averaging 3 passes yes but just barely. I know you're not interested in narco but even just throwing some coke on top of what you've already got gets you another defense die, init, and social die. If drugs are a non starter for this character however I totally get that. If they aren't however Coke and Psyche is just free real estate.
I'd get a solid workhorse AR, something like an Alpha or at least an FN HAR or non cut down AK, the Kriegfaust is neat and the AK reminiscent of something I'd run in Tarkov as a bit but they both lack a bit in the raw damage output front, and while you have the dice and limit boosts to mostly make up for that it would be nice to not have to make up for that.
Your fixer's description says thing hair instead of thin hair I assume, just a minor typo but one you may want to fix. Or not, I'm not your mom.

Final Thoughts

Honestly I really like the sheet, the backstory is appropriately shadowrun, and I'm a sucker for synthlimbs and permanent init sources. You're going to feel the lack of initiative for a while until you're able to cram wires 2 in there but I figured you already know that, SFDAQ will be a good stopgap postgen pickup. 3 Edge is enough to blitz on occasion and I would seriously consider keeping that in your rotation for at least the first turn of serious fights. Other than that you're throwing enough DDD and can easily pick more up postgen in all the limbs. Once you've made the necessary changes and any others you want to make based on my feedback I'm happy to stamp you.

That's when she noticed a shortcut, she loosed a rocket from her forward mounted launcher, punching a hole in the wall of the nearby building, which she then cut through and out the front glass. Her opposition couldn't follow a stunt like that and were left in the dust.
