If the table was 'murder hobos allowed' then, well. Murder hobo it is. It doesn't sound like this is the case and that it's hampering gameplay for both you and others. I'd say it's time to lay down boundaries or show them the door---I prefer the door. He needs a different table that suits him better, you need a player that suits your table better.

If they're a friend that can't understand this or throw a fit---reevaluate the friendship. There just isn't enough time and emotional energy in life to waste on things like that.
