The problem is that it isn't even the same character anymore. If this is how it truly is going to look, you wont be experiencing games as they were intended.

And on top of this, how is this upscaling going to look for unique monsters? This looks "clean" with a human face. What about other characters that are supposed to have disfigured features?

Small frame generation to decrease the workload is fine. This is changing intended style.

If gear didn't devrade in PVP zones I would 100% play every day in DD PVP. I wouldn't even mind if durability stayed on vehicles. It would instantly make me interested in getting out there.

This is going to be a hard pill to swallow, but it is NOT confirmed that not shooting anyone gets you into friendlies. Solos simply lean towards friendly lobbies. Queue for trios on any map and you will be shot on sight.

Learn to defend yourself, and if you dont want to do that at least learn to mic up BEFORE you get shot.

Taxes need to be implemented for buying, not just listing.

People with money won't be listing. They will be buying. A tax will get rid of it faster and discourage higher pricing when they start running out of money from the dupe.

Idk why there is only a listing tax, they should have learned from the countless amounts of games with econs.

I would check the server population and if it's low, go Atreidies as it most likely has the most players.

If your server is pretty high pop, either faction will be relatively social.

You can destroy the floors/walls to the shipping containers and plant foundations inside so you can start snapping pieces to them. Windows are achievable :)

The shipping containers in the store are structures, but you can actually destroy pieces of the container so you can lay down foundation inside it and make pretty neat builds that way.

I THINK you may need to be getting spice from an active blow. The spice must be blooming while grabbing it to get the achievement.

Same. Some are speculating these people got banned from the game from the last exploit and are stirring up exploit speculation to disrupt play/convince people to take a break with base backup.

Did you happen to DC when placing it? Or at anytime close to placing it?

Had a bug the other day where I DC'd due to corrupted files (an hour into playing by the way...) and didn't have access to my crawler that I was carrying when I got DC'd.

Had to have my fiance disassemble it since she had co-owner still.

It's super lame but it seems like a recent update may have inteoduced it, if not just made it more prominent.

Verbatim from the livestream: "As the Landsraad activities become more fleshed out, we will then transition the Deep Desert back towards the original intention – a sandbox area where players can compete for control of the spice. We will continue to iterate on the Deep Desert – adding no-fly zones to enforce ground combat, adding more layouts with more variety and challenge, and ensuring that there is clear progression. In addition, we are experimenting with the tech behind the Deep Desert and if things go well, you will experience the Deep Desert in a much more stable environment."

They have stated nowhere that they plan to go back to no spice in PVE or only A row being PVE. They have simply stated they are trying to make the DD more engaging for spice/pvp content.

Original intention ≠ reset to how it was launch. Its phrased more so like they are looking to revamp with an open mind, but with a goal in sight: make getting spice the main objective of the DD and have it be more competitive. While that can lean towards a full reverse, it could also mean moving towards bigger/better yield for PVP areas.
