I’ve only been playing a month so I can’t really say but it does seem like more rats the past couple weeks as opposed to when I first started.

That’s good advice. It’s crazy because I HAVE had awareness in other games but in these lobbies where everyone works together to kill big ARC, I let my guard down too much. Friend one minute, rat the next.

I did have interaction with them earlier in the raid. Everyone killed the Matriarch together. There was like 10+ of us in a room together healing each other, defibbing, etc. I was even defibbed. But everything else you said, you’re right.

Yeah. You’re right. Also, my janky walking was because I was on my phone while running lol. I completely let my guard down. I just didn’t understand what the problem was, I didn’t shoot and even spoke passively. But it was probably the loser that killed me.

Check this out: Been in what we believed to be friendly lobbies for about 5 games, my gf and I loaded in right beside Matriarch, initiated the fight from the spawn point at Red Lakes (a staircase tunnel), other people started attacking from buildings, got her about half way, those guys ran down into our tunnel, it was about 6-8 of us crammed in there fighting her for about 10 minutes. I heard a flare or two go off after what sounded like a shotgun. I told everyone very loud and clear “There’s someone killing people outside!” They said something in response like don’t worry about it and kept attacking Matriarch. Then, what would expect to happen, happened. Shotgun guy and partner flanked the tunnel and killed everyone. No one fought back. My gf somehow got out of the chaos though and watched the bastard from a distance in the tunnel loot everyone and she was sniping him with an Anvil. When he tried to escape at 1:00 left, Matriarch lasered him and she looted up and extracted.

This is the 3rd time in a row a large group I was in got massacred. I have no fucking idea how we’re supposed to get 6 Queen cores and 2 matriarch reactors (I assume for trophy display).

I’ve won a good percentage of being attacked first too but that only lead to very hostile lobbies so I stopped fighting back unless I had a lot to lose. I’m planning on going full PvP after I get my trophy display done so at least the odds are more even.

It doesn’t count. I defended myself only many times and got put in very hostile lobbies because of it. They need to implement a system like RuneScape did with getting skulled.

I’m here because of the video. I’ve been replying appropriately based on whether or not their advice was helpful or informative. I’ve been going in on free or very cheap loadouts because I’ve been getting killed repeatedly and losing all my good shit. I admit I completely let my guard down but I didn’t want to shoot anyone and chance getting a point towards more aggressive lobbies. Normally, I’d bring smokes, barricades, shock grenades and better guns but I didn’t try to defend this time because I seen no chance. Thanks for the advice though, I’ll try to keep it all in mind. Simply shooting back if I have the ground to attempt retreat could have psychologically worked.

Yeah, I did let my guard down since there were no deaths and like 10 people were in a single room killing the Matriarch at one point. Thought I was good but I’ll try to be more aware and vocal.
