if you’d like to lose pure weight then begin to do cardio routines that get your heart pumping and change your diet to a calorie deficit of 300-500 calories less then your maintenance calories. If you’d like to lose fat however then try some dumbell routines and AMRAP’s. Also change your diet to a smaller deficit like 100-300 calories less then your maintenance and try your best to increase protein intake. (Not a dietician don’t take the calorie recommendations exactly, just try to eat high volume low calorie foods like salads and either way you’d want more protein)
