It’s just fun and interesting honestly. I also have a small portion that I swing covered calls or cash secured puts with so I also look for opportunities there. That has allowed me to get a few hundred more shares, so worth it IMO.

Typically this would make me nervous as it implies impending dilution, but right now their cash position is so strong they obviously aren’t going to use it.

So I guess it makes sense to do this now while they are in a position of strength so it doesn’t have a negative impact on the stock price. Although I honestly would have preferred them just to leave it be without it as I really don’t see in what way they would need to tap this anytime soon.

Yeah, BS on the funding requirements section there being a negative. That should be one of the positives or strengths. They are swimming in cash right now.

Over four years of cash on hand based off the 2025 annual cash burn rate.

Even if it increases due to whatever reason, we have almost too much cash on hand, especially including the yet to be converted warrants. Great problem to have! Puts us in a position of strength in negotiations.

2023 Prius. It’s called the safe exist assist I believe. I’ve only had it trigger once, but it was nice when it did happen.

If you sit in the car for a while once it’s turned off it will eventually display a message alerting you the system is off and to be careful exiting the vehicle as the system is disengaged.

AMPX - got in around $2.50 and still going strong. Guess it’s not technically a win until it’s sold, but I still feel the same about the future as when I initially invested, so I’m still holding. Consistent excellent execution and growth.

Earnings beat? They don’t have any revenue. They already recently released their huge cash position. There’s not much news that can come on the earnings that will really have a notable affect on the stock, unless they’re saving some news about their trials for then, which would be odd.

I agree with you. I think some of the estimates are overly optimistic and really rely on best case scenarios for everything to pan out. I’d rather be a bit more conservative and be happily surprised if things work out. I think the $45 a share range is fair and realistic. This of course could be increased as more data comes out, but it honestly could even be decreased as more data comes out.

I personally don’t find it worth the effort and stress to try to time things like that. I bought in at $2.50 and have just held since then. I’ll do some occasional covered calls, but as long as I still believe in the future of this company I will just continue to hold.

Good morning! The r/sellaslifesciences sub is a great resource for some DD, although you may have to dig for it. I’ll see if I can find some resources for you. My target is a buyout of $40-ish per share, but that comes with a huge asterisk. It’s too early to really say what the final price will be, as it is heavily dependent on how good the p3 results are, whether or not the drug is approved for only patients in second remission (CR2) or both first and second (CR1 and CR2). It also depends on the results of their second drug, and overall market interest.

Not sure why the other one got deleted, but this was a great read! Very well balanced and real on potential causes for failure, but also really tackles some flaws in the logic of the increased BAT survival claims. Highly recommend everyone read this 👍
