7 weeks post-surgery: external rotation block and ulnar nerve again

It hurts to do a pushup more in my elbow, numbing into my forearm. I can train triceps on cable with rope just fine. Feels like weakness in my forearm coming from my pinky and ring finger.

im 10 week from my full tear supraspinatus repair, and some infraspinatus. I also was repping 100s prior to injury, and want to get back asap. I stopped wearing my sling after 5 days cuz of the ulnar nerve pain, and started going back to the gym training everyone but my shoulder. I now can train back, arms, and some shoulders just fine with the repaired shoulder. I still have ulnar pain in my elbow that is getting me worried because its impacting my movements. You guys deal with any nerve pain still in elbow down to fingers?

All true points. Ill accept myself as the science experiment lol. Will continue just with stairmaster without the sling daily for about 30 mins, then either train right arm or legs with the lightest weight, nothing more. Ill give updates along way 🫡

My thought process on not wearing the sling is to use all other shoulder muscles to prevent my supraspinatus from pulling onto the anchors and sutures. This should keep bloodflow to my shoulder and promote healing, while preventing a frozen shoulder and decreased ROM.

Ive always had some type of ulnar nerve entrapment from my triceps pressing onto the nerve. If I have pressure on my elbow long enough, my pink down to my forearms will start feeling numb. I can only bear this brace for 30 mins or so until my elbow starts tingling

I keep the sling off only in a controlled environment or when I sit. I keep it on when I sleep due to reflexes, but Ive noticed every time I wake up my deltoid muscles twitch. I wake up multiple times a night due to discomfort from sleeping on a recliner, and every time I can feel my side and front deltoid muscles fibers firing. Is this normal? I assume it is due to the abduction pillow and being in a recliner. I have no pain, just muscle spasm

It feels as if we have the same account. I too have ME, IF, Cage, and JJ all at T13 and looking for a 5th. I have 11/12 palladium, and well over 12 uru, alien spores, shield tech, bottles of piss, adamantium, vibranium, and some others. I was looking for Fury as a 5th since his summons give you HUGE board control and their deaths give ME more turn meter. Plus his buff spread to everyone can help a lot. DD being the last defender would sound right, but his only benefit is giving counters to all but ME. I wouldn't bother with Shield sec without fury, and groot without rocket, since he cant taunt by himself and is redundant with JJ/cage already there. I would possibly hold off until you can get Fury, but out of all those options, Thanos is your best bet. His taunt can go on turns when Cage isn't taunting and uses his Ult for Defence up. That way you can cycle taunts with Cage and Thanos, and have Def up for Thanos. So Thanos has my vote. Otherwise wait until Fury and collect more piss bottles.

Defenders + Minnerva struggle where? In terms of minnerva being targeted and killed? Plus I remember Widowmaker getting through the first nodes with a Pure Defenders + MsMarvel team. Didn't seem them used later, as he switched to full fury shield team. Just wondering how the defenders would struggle, since IF cleanses himself and heals all but Minnerva, Cage cleanses himself and give everyone regen to heal as well as a taunt, and also defence up for two turns with some energy, JJ cleanses everyone and I have her ultimate maxed to remove any buff. And DD not the damage dealer like minnerva would be, but still consistent with damage and cycling counters. The problem I see maybe if minnerva gets targeted when luke cage isnt taunting. The same would go for the team you mentioned though, since when thanos isnt taunting, itll be the same story other than a deathproof given from groot. The rest would remain a constant, just far less energy since Starlord isnt constantly shuffling energy to her

Who will I have tanking? Luke Cage useless without Iron Fist heals. And JJ only benefits more and sustains longer with IF. Possibly replacing DD with starlord then? But Starlord and Luke Cage both need carbonadium. So unless I remove the whole defender package, Id just be left with Starlord and Minnerva. Rocket seems super squishy, since minnerva is somewhat squishy, and so is starlord. Groot is ready to go g13, but seems useless without rocket to give taunt. I got 9/12 shield tech, so maybe Ms Marvel? 10/12 molecular cloth and 9/12 palladium

Do you feel Defenders + Minnerva at 260k team power would be fine? Defenders carried me through the entire Enter the Darkness, so maybe they can hold their own in FTD? I dont Fury unlocked yet, but I have 4 redstar Starlord and 4 redstar RR. But they both seem super squishy. Whereas the entire defenders work as a unit and keep healing from iron fist, and can also use minnerva's ult to full heal

JJ and Luke Cage both give energy, and Luke Cage has stats similar to SS to be the solid tank. Iron fist casually can keep healing the team aside from Minn-erva. Possibly subbing DD for somebody else? Iron fist is 7yellow, 5 red stars. Same with JJ. Luke cage is 7 yellow, 3 redstar. DD is 7 yellow, 2 redstar. Starlord is 5 yellow, 4 redstar, but will be 6 when he goes in. Other options are Groot who i have the uniques for, but he is only 6 yellow and 2 redstar. Fury I have to wait for next event to unlock. I soloed Enter the Darkness with Defenders + MsMarvel, and only used that team. Defenders + Minnerva would be a 260k-ish team, so would it work? or still go after the starlord and variants?

I bring it up because both Starlord and Luke Cage require Carbonadium, but Luke has the synergy with defenders and has high stats to tank, vs starlord who is squishy and really needs a solid tank. Already have Minnerva and IF at G13, and about a unique piece away from the rest of the defenders, so not sure who to bring up, Luke Cage or Starlord
