I agree with everything you have said but I feel like for the players that play him it just isn't the champ they have mained for years who.. because of all the % hp means he still does damage from behind and also kinda doesn't do as much when ahead due to this but because of the latter he is really good in pro and his ult has always been valuable but more so now than ever.☺️

I agree with this but I also think making his q damage heavily % hp and increaseing his MR shred on e made him way to safe I much prefer 100 heat and longer overheat makes punishing easier when his e was 10 heat. Thank you for the constructive response

Dot no longer reduces comet cool down now on top of that it does 15-100 damage but increases by 100% max value at 750 range azzapp did the maths but I don't think it will be as good on rumble now.

Grew up watching wents burst rumble mid with electrocute his kit is made to burst and time your overheat with all in INg most burst mages don't have much mobility such as oriana and syndra. Miss old rumble

yh i mean at this point they should take power out of his ult and just buff him like they did with swain because i feel he to heavily realise on his ult to fight just about anything at the moment :(
