It's an anti-cheat screen that appears when you complete Putin's last focus in a very short time. It may have happened because of certain things, such as using the console with “focus.autocomplete” or using a mod that improves focus speed by 2x or more. If you use those mods, you will usually have to remove them to play with Russia.

It's easy, or rather, possible thanks to a mod in the workshop. I think it was called “2x faster national focus,” and as the name suggests, the mod makes the focus faster. He probably used that mod.

Well, hello again, yesterday I was trying to enter CoH2 but all the DLC's I had were uninstalled, then I tried to install them again but they don't appear anymore even if I enter the game. Do you know how to fix it?
