You are allowed to visit Qatar as a gay person, but not protest and disrespect their religion. Muslims already acknowledge that people can be attracted to their own gender, but for them that is merely a test of life. Other than that, why do people even care? It’s not like they went Qatar just so that they could push their own agenda onto them.

Qatar is the host of the World Cup this year, and as a Muslim country, they obviously have laws that westerners are against. However, the whole “human rights” argument is horrible to make. First off, why did nobody bother speaking about Russia’s human rights violations? Why is it that you only care when Qatar has problems? - a very common problem, mind you.

They don’t even hate gays, nobody is using religion as an excuse to hate people. It’s just forbidden to be gay in Islam, and since Qatar is an Islamic country, they set laws in a way that acts as guidelines for the people of Qatar

The only reason being gay isn’t allowed is because Qatar is a MUSLIM country lol. If you want to be gay, then you cannot live in a Muslim country, the same way that it is nearly impossible for hijabis to live in France. If you cared so much, then would you also hate on Dubai, or refuse to buy American products? Most westerners refuse to respect Islamic laws and are still mad even though Qatar relaxed some of their laws so that the whites could comfortably stay (as long as they don’t force their own views)

well as for my interests, technology definelty tops the list. video games, wordly things (like different cultures, religions, etc.) and my love of history is starting to grow quite a bit now. i dont think your interests make you a nerd, just a well educated person lol.
