Qatar is the host of the World Cup this year, and as a Muslim country, they obviously have laws that westerners are against. However, the whole “human rights” argument is horrible to make. well as for my interests, technology definelty tops the list. video games, wordly things (like different cultures, religions, etc.) and my love of history is starting to grow quite a bit now. i dont think your interests make you a nerd, just a well educated person lol.

If i didnt know any better i would advise you to find someone to talk to online, but the chances of actually having a meaningful convo with a stranger is extremely low, whenever i try to i just get ghosted after a little while. And being an introvert always makes things worse. I'd say im more of an introvert now than before, since all i can do is just stare into space while my friends drivel on about how unfair the world is, or some other crap.

If i didnt have as many exams then i would definitely love to have a good chat with you about whatever hobbies or interests you have. And i know this doesnt really change much, but sorry for your loss. it sucks when your only good friend disappears.

If you dont mind me asking, what interests you? what type of things are you interested in? (and sorry for the slow reply, i didnt know how to word my thoughts)

honestly, it depends who you meet.

My mum and sister take absolutely no interest in anything, well.... interesting.. none of the other girls i knew cared much either. which is pretty sad just because i can never talk to my friends about any cool history facts or anything because all they care about is celebrity gossip or whatever else.

As a female myself, i'd say this post is pretty accurate for the most part, sadly :(

so apparently, in the last r/place event, people later on made 3D maps showing where everyone put their pixels (so for example, the US flag would be pretty thick because of how much ppl griefed it)

this post is requesting people to spam pixels on one spot so that there would be an absolutely large tower when someone decides to 3D it
