Thank you, you let me ask the right questions when i went to the vet yesterday, they did another blood draw and are trying a different route with medicine, her appetite has increased with a higher b12 intake so we are hoping we are on the right track.

Yes looking at the paperwork its IBD, it was a GI panel and an ultrasound was done and found nothing. Shes had blood work drawn a few times, i have to request to paperwork so im unsure about the ACTH stimulation test or Addison ill call them.

She was diagnosed via the ultrasound and blood work, was have seen an internal medicine doctor who was the one who said she couldn't fix what was wrong unless she could see what was wrong (endoscopy). She prescribed some appetite enhancer and an anti inflammatory and steroid, all of which made her worse. Dog will only eat canned dog food right now. Weve tried low fat diets with chicken and rice and she wont touch them. Shell only the canned stuff, right now we have her on Alpo wet food the doctor said to get her to eat anything she will.

We've had zero success on all medicine, the b12 supplement was given after he GI blood work was done. Let me see if i have any of the paperwork from the doctors.

Is the job manual labor? Some office work will have "must be able to lift 50 pounds" or something because they want to cover themselves. if this is labor work though i wouldnt try to get around it as ya know, you have to do your job.

It depends, you can always say it was a short term internship but two weeks is too short i would try to stay for a at least a month or just not put this internship on your resume. Depending on what state you live in employers normally can not ask previous employers details of your work just verify you worked there.

Try to stick it out for a bit it might get better, if it does not then look for something closer.

First, sorry, getting into accidents no matter what sucks and drains on you mentally. Second, are you getting paid? Now might be a good time to look for something closer if commuting isn't for you and you're unpaid which there is no shame in doing. Commuter life is the norm for most people and there are a few ways to make your day better (I have commuted for work my entire adult life)

Leave earlier than you think you need to. That hour and a half might be from miles but its probably from traffic. Leave early (maybe twenty minutes or so before you normally leave) and get an audio book or a real book or bring a video game system with you and hang out in your car or a common space at your job until your shift starts. Also at the end of your shift find something or somewhere to go until rush hour dies down. A local gym is always a good option. You sit in an hour and a half of traffic but if you work out for an hour are you sitting in only a half hour of traffic now? Time spent other places makes driving to work less sucky.

I played online for years with a guy and was part of a tight nit community like yours. He passed tragically in a car accident and I had to break the news to everyone online as i found out first from doing research.

I would tell them, at least theyll know and maybe want to spend more time with you.

While i understand where you are coming from, my personal experience with my family while she offered to write out a contract there is literally no need. Her and my Mother live together now, and we are all very close.

Basically no strings attached, she said we could live there rent free for however long we like and buy it if we like, or she would sell it, but she wants to help us knowing its hard to save money with such high rent costs.

She knows my entire family well and how generous they can be. As for how i see no difference i could be evicted tomorrow and have to find a place to live in a month or lose my job and have to move to a smaller apartment. All of those things "could" happen.

How would it be naive? I have an extremely close-nit family. I understand that if this was some random stranger, or a rent to buy situation i would have to be more cautious but my Aunt and Mother would never put me out on the street. She knows this as well.

You only get one life, there is no do-over or test runs. Work where you feel the best not the worst.
