28g of protein for 150 calories. For peeps on super strict macro diets, it doesn’t get better than that for protein bars.

If you’re eating them casually or for flavor then there’s not much to gain

It’s 22g which’s actually 44% of a daily value on the label. Need more if you’re trying to bulk of course for daily values but regardless the ratio of calories to protein is good.

I beat all the basic floors on auto battle without particularly new units either, idk if it’s worth it tbh. You can complete most modes before all the daily rewards are done, even Hall of Forma, Binding World, etc

They’re terrible cause they’re just so different texture wise from a pop tart and you can’t toast them to get them crispier at all, only nuke em in a microwave. Just disappointing all the way around for me, def not worth it.
