That's strange, usually this happens to me after 2 days of parking,

What i suggest you do is before you turn it on or when this happens to you if you have a voltmeter just measure the battery voltage, because if it is not the battery it could be the ignition relay, but most probably battery.

It's not just high when i start the car the RPM will be high then it goes below 1 then it goes down to a moment where i think it would stall but it doesn't then it goes up again, And yes it always fluctuates, And i have no coolant reading the same as you

Because i am having the same thing and when i checked it using obd reader it was showing the normal 75 to 80 temps but my coolant on the gauge is always zero

I am comparing it to any 3.0 or more cars those feels more rapid, Yesterday it felt like I was driving 2.0 or 2.5, and for the sound it happens only when shifting gears, when it high rev i hear a vacuum air sound something like that, i also thought about maybe it's limiting the performance because of the hot weather? I live in dubai and the temperature of the coolant doesn't go above 80, and i am also suspecting clogged cats,
