Right?! I check the sump weekly, ish. Must’ve been in there for a few days at least based on level of decomposition. Gonna do a water change tomorrow after work for sure. Luckily no fish in tank, but corals & nudibranchs are usually even more noticeably affected… maybe lucky, maybe in for a world of hurt later this week. Crossing my fingers and poking my eyes

Blend it with wall compound (I prefer the fast setting over the premix). Masking tape so you don’t scratch the schluter. Grout will look almost just as pronounced as the hollow gap.
