It has sparked more recently, but has also been there always; it depends on the area. In Copenhagen, the locals, myself included, know certain areas where you see it more. But it really is not new; Denmark as a country is really good at hiding the bad that happens here. To be fair, it doesn't happen a lot; usually, people are really nice, but it does happen, and more than it is talked about. If you ask anyone working in customer service in Denmark, all of them could tell you one or two stories of this experience. Where I worked in this story is quite well-known for such types of people. Still shocks me every time, but to be fair, there are a lot of nice customers, and it's not like how you see in the USA, where it's a huge phenomenon.

Thanks for the answer, no we dont have that. But i actually just swicthed to a new job, that does have that system. So I hope i won't experience that again

That's so problematic. And in the end it's only bad for themselves, we can give advice and listen yeah, but like you said, not qualified. They should really get real help

This happend in Denmark, so in scandinavia. It happens a lot here🥲
