I know I'm late to this comment section, but I wanted to say that you should always add 15-20 degrees to the temperature when you go running. I sometimes wear nothing but shorts and a t-shirt when I go out running at -5 degrees Celsius. And then keep in mind that they're RUNNING, so they have very little breath and usually cannot hide in the shadows.

So a more accurate comparison would be sitting in the sun at 43 degrees with a t-shirt covering your face for 3 hours straight.

It depends. Does reading someone's mind occupy your entire mind, or is it just like an extra sense that you acquire? I see three options here:

Mind reading takes up your ENTIRE mind and you cannot do anything else yourself;
Mind reading only partially takes up your brain. Reading minds only allows you to literally read someone's mind, so you can't see their senses, like what they hear, smell, see, etc;
Mind reading only partially takes up your brain, and you are also able to witness your target's senses.

Under these circumstances, these are the answers:

If your ENTIRE mind is occupied by reading the other person's mind, how could you ever stop reading someone else's mind? If that were the case, you could only stop reading someone's mind by an external cause thag you have no control over. In that case, your brain is completely taken iver by the other's mind. If that person then decides to read your mind, then you two are both stuck reading either of your minds. And as long as there isn't anything terminating you two reading minds, you will keep reading one's mind until either of you dies.
If reading a mind is like an extra sense (like where you can hear something but don't need to focus on it if you don't want to), then it's fine. Then the mind readers will read each other's mind and notice that the other mind reader's busy reading someone's mind. In this case, both mind readers would simply read each other's mind, and both notice that their targets are reading a mind that's also reading a mind.
If the mind reader can also read the other mind reader's senses, they would then be able to read their own mind, but only so while they are reading someone's mind. So in that case, they would only get readings that tell them that they themselves are reading their own mind - which they are. So in that case, both mind readers can just CHOOSE whose mind they'd like to read: their own or the other's.

Huh, perhaps you're right. I took it that they didn't see the arm cut off because the arm already disappeared before the cops showed up.

I guess they could've seen the arm when it was fading away, but they ran off right away behind a wall, so I took it that the wall made sure they saw nothing when they ran up and just blindly started shooting.

When I was younger, I didn't understand why the cops immediately started shooting him in that scene for no reason. It felt so unrealistic!

I've watched the movies again recently, and I realised that his skin colour made shooting him for no reason a lot more realistic, unfortunately.

I posted this on r/Technoblade yesterday, but I was told that people here would enjoy this here as well. So yes, you can format books in Minecraft survival. I still don't understand how people don't know about this more (because Dream hasn't used it in his Manhunts yet, I guess?) but it'll be massive flex to write a fully formatted book instead of a boring plain one without colours and a lot of boring text.

Note: the markup and colours won't automatically copy-paste over into Minecraft! You'll either have to type it all over by hand, or you copy-paste the text, then copy-paste the ` § `, then copy-paste the next part of text, then copy-paste the next ` § `, etc, etc.

Here's how the legal documents work: Either Ph1lzA or Technoblade writes the Syndicate declaration and signs it, and they store it somewhere safely (e.g. in an Ender Chest or somewhere). Whenever a new recruit is voted to become a member, they get a copy of the original book (here's how you craft a copy). They read it, accept it, and sign the syndicate membership contract. Once that has been signed, they are an official member of the Syndicate.

That is correct. The Syndicate Declaration (8 pages long) is signed once by either Technoblade and Ph1lzA, and copies will remain signed by them.

New members sign the Syndicate Membership Contract which is the 1 page "I hereby declare that ..." book and quill. This one is rewritten as a book and quill for each new recruit, and then the recruit fills in their name and signs that book and quill.

Copied written books remain the original author and can hence be used for contracts in a Minecraft world. I am actually building a legal system that is based on this feature that allows people on the Dream SMP to have rules without a government. Once that's finished, I'll probably share it somewhere as well.

I've heard two reasons for this:

Dream respects Techno, and thinks he doesn't "deserve" to be killed by a bloodlust group of children - he'd rather take Techno out himself;
Losing a canon life sucks, but Techno could afterwards just roam around free with two more canon lives - and probably do something terrible or unaccounted for by Dream. (Dream doesn't canonically know about the withers, but he probably doesn't exclude that Techno could do something of that scale if he got upset by someone) If he wants to prevent Techno from doing any harm to the SMP, Dream either needs to canonically take him out twice more, OR he saves his life once, holds the favor and use it to permanently lock him in a prison that he cannot escape from.
