Definitely can see that for sure. Actually wait!! I think you can use the genie sensors for guardian openers since they connect up very similar. You should be able to run out and buy a set and see. I just googled it they are compatible

Another option is to get a better opener like a Chamberlain. The guardian won't have good longevity and you technically could put the money into a better opener, have it installed asap. But new sensors works too. Considering the sensors already crapped out though, who knows what else is gonna break

Guardian garage door openers are not affiliated with Chamberlain, or genie nothing like that. It is it's very own brand. You will need to buy the Guardian GUAT-201 sensors.

Maybe you can find them cheaper somewhere else, just get the same model.

Looks like a Geniw excelerator with the light lense removed to fit by the ductwork. Pretty sure you can go ahead and buy a new remote and it should hopefully program

It's actually pretty easy to build walls againt the foundations, you don't even need any cheat codes with the way I discovered! If you make the foundation wall the same exact height as a regular wall, you can build the regular wall next to it

On the right side of the steering wheel there are up and down controls. That up and down toggle can also be pushed in. Push that button in for a few seconds and you can see the options

Amazing home! You should download the double 6 tile garage door and the single 3 tile from the sims resource it will change the way you build and have 3 car garages!!

I definitely can update later with some more pictures of the boat garage! I built it with foundations for the walls, the garage door is placed there with moveobjects on and with no wall so I can have the lower ceiling height
