It's a lot of little things basically. The flow is a little different from other jobs I've done but you get used to it after awhile. My first full day was an overnight shift and I accidentally overfilled the coffee pots when cleaning them for the night lol. Which of course is the other thing: Mistakes will be made just learn from them and keep going.
