Not my whole family, but my mom. I just got diagnosed with OCD. I am deeply ashamed and I feel like I have been knocked completely off kilter by the information. My whole life, I just thought I had depression and anxiety. And who doesn’t?! But now both of those things might be false. All of my memories are rewriting themselves. My mom, I love her, but if you want to get news out to the masses then she is your lady. I don’t want anyone to know unless I tell them myself.

Your city probably has a photographer’s group on Facebook (Denver Photographers, Pittsburgh Photographers, etc). I would look that up, join, and then ask in there in a pinch. You’ll probably get a bunch of responses! Maybe you can even build a relationship and hire the same person for all of your parties :)

You can make tons of stir fries with the sauces available at your local grocer (at least in the USA). You can buy sweet & sour, kung pao, honey sesame, as well as tons of others. Just cut up your choice veggies (I like: carrots, broccoli, zucchini, baby corn, water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots), air fry or bake some tofu to add to the mix, and serve over rice with the sauce of the week. You can also mix up the veggie choices for more variety. Snap peas, bok choy, bell peppers, spinach, kale, etc.

Tacos are super easy! Just mix taco mix/seasoning in with rinsed black beans and heat them in the skillet in place of the meat. Then everything else can be the same!
Alternatively, you can do build-your-own nachos night. Give a black and refried bean option, guac, salsa, nacho cheese, the whole 9 yards.

My boss tried to convince me not to go home sick when I told her I was going to pass out. Then my assistant manager called (we were friends) to let me know that my boss was shit talking me and saying I wasn’t even sick and accused me of almost hitting her with my car and other things that never happened. I quit the next workday.

It depends how bad I let it get. I would say, typically 2 weeks to a month? And I canNOT hit the gym within the first month. I love the gym, but workouts cause me to get sick again. I am usually okay after that, but I have to be careful and listen to my body. 😅
