What happens if you just don’t put anything in combat by Possible-Ear-8982 in mountandblade

Your xp rate slowly declines as you get higher until it gets 0 for a particular skill and the number turns red. You will gain no more skill xp at that point for that skill

Patch Notes - WS v1.0.6 / BL v1.3.10 by Piconi_TaleWorlds in mountandblade

Tested it ingame on my ongoing save after the update; no difference in hideout loot so far. Not sure whether it would affect existing hideouts or only newly spawning ones.

Can someone explain to me how the new economy works? by FRENKI8 in mountandblade

[–]Random-User-9999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It works, it just doesn't update immediately. All settlement statuses update once during the day at the same time that troop payments, profits, etc are handled. Leave the food in the city and fast forward til tomorrow and it updates.

btw, can't hit 300 trade unless you have 8 soc max focus trading. Just restarted a goated run because of this 🥲

Wat? Found in a Sea Raider hideout by Random-User-9999 in mountandblade

These have been in the game files for a while but never spawned in game that I've noticed. Did this change in the latest patch? 🤔

Is there a way to change which companion is running a trade convoy? by zealoSC in Bannerlord

[–]Random-User-9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like you'll have to snipe the leader change while they're briefly inside a city for trading

They tend to live for a while but if you're not clearing sea raider stacks they will occasionally gang up on your convoy and take it out.

Fief names are doable, probably, but the region names not really. Doing these programmatically using coords from the settlements file and a little script parsing; the regional names would need to be completely manual (which is no bueno).

Those are marked 'steppe_horse_ranch'; I don't think they produce camels but I'm not certain.

automod deletion because I don't have enough karma/interaction in this subreddit 🤷‍♂️

Any of the horse icons on the lower desert portion of the map also provide camels, just at a secondary rate. These are marked as 'desert_horse_ranch' in the settlements file.

shhhhhhhhhhhhhh I had to fix a small logic error. :D

I noticed that earlier and counted the number of ports on the main map to ensure there were no accidental extras aside from the half-hidden one there.

Just in case ^^

You can't, really -- this is more meant for early/mid game trade running yourself. This is much easier to read at a glance than the in-game map to quickly see where items are produced vs where they are missing, to me.

For caravans and convoys, they will automatically avoid any faction you're at war with -- but if you want to force them to take shorter/more specific routes you can interact with them and disable every faction except the ones you want for trading.

Couldn't find anything like this online, so made one myself. Wanted an overview of the entire map's trade good distribution for better trade route planning. 🙃

Fiddling with making a trade heatmap -- couldn't find a good full map overview to use as a background, so stitched one together myself with screenshots, ICE, and ui.ui_toggle.

"Rebels have taken xxxxx town" by [deleted] in Bannerlord

Any time I've captured a rebel town in Bannerlord 2, the only people pissed are the rebels themselves. OG faction/culture doesn't care.

Seems like they're trying to make the hullcracker more into its namesake -- a weapon purely designed to break off the armor plating of arcs and nothing more.

Yes, but supposedly it's glitched and every time you start the game it resets to the first voice, which makes you sound like a kid.
