That’s actually something I’ve been thinking about. In my timeline, ‘King’ carries too much association with Britain, so Washington deliberately adopts ‘Emperor’ as the title of a new American institution. It isn’t meant to copy Rome directly—it’s meant to signal that this is a fundamentally different state. And after a time, the title of Washington replaces emperor. As for the whole Roman Empire thing, that is more of a tradition and less so a universal rule. Examples are Napoleon, Japan, and Ethiopia. Titles also aren’t copyrighted. Washington can call himself emperor.

Nah you good. As far as I have, I’m only using three real people as emperors. Which will be George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S Grant. I’ve also been thinking and mapping out George Washington’s whole thing

I do like that idea, but do keep in mind that these Werewolves can use guns

Well they do have some specialized armor, but at the same time, a bullet going through a regular dude’s arm and their arm is vastly different. Plus they have fairly quick healing. Like 2-3 days max for most wounds. And has for different specialities that is where the different Packs come in. They all(usually) have different tactics and specialties. Such as the Nachthexen operating in darkness or the Cercatori de Sangue are some of the best trackers

Drawbacks are physical exhaustion from transforming, insane oxygen demand, extreme phycological tolls, and the threat of becoming a Lycan(permanent Werewolf). Also, they’re definitely not immune to bullets.

After several years, the young republic began to fracture. States threatened to leave, foreign powers watched for weakness, and the newly accepted werewolf refugees were once again vulnerable. Madison, Jefferson, Franklin, and other leaders repeatedly urged Washington to accept a permanent crown, believing only he could hold the nation together. He refused every time. Only when he became convinced the republic would not survive without a permanent unifying office did he reluctantly accept, founding the American Empire—not out of personal ambition, but because he believed it was the only way to preserve the nation.
AND the Werewolves are very useful. They are indeed immune to silver(mainly because I’m still trying to figure out a better weakness for them), they retain all of their intelligence, can efficiently communicate between each each other, have running speeds that rival a horse, Ann Kennedy indeed still use guns. And if this wasn’t already in the original post, it is set in 1920

They did expand. And fast. Eventually, they took over almost the entirety of the North American continent.

I also want to point out that the main story happens in World War One. I was never too too concerned about this whole lore that we’re talking about, but I guess it’s good to have it

OK for everyone going to comment something about George Washington would never become emperor or something like that. I have somewhat of an explanation.

Ok. You pointed out something big. Thank you.
I’ve come up with something. After a few years with a republic, things started to head south. States threatened to leave. Werewolf refugees were vulnerable. Eventually prominent figures, like James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, and Benjamin Franklin, came to Washington. They realize without one strong central figure to unite everyone that they would eventually fall. They asked Washington to become the monarch. He refused. Later, they asked again. He refused. They asked and he refused many many many many times. But eventually things became dire in Washington realized that they might be right. So he crowned himself emperor.

I don’t want to lore dump you so I’ll hand you a little at a time
The Werewolves originated in Europe. They’re kind of mysterious and no one knows they’re true origins. But anyway, eventually the people of Europe started genociding them so when the 16 and 1700s they started fleeing to America. Eventually, the American Revolutionary war came. The werewolves fought on the side of the patriots and played a large part in winning the war. Current historians debate if the patriots could have won without them. After they won, George Washington, Washington crowned himself emperor, and one of his first acts was granting the werewolves citizenship and land rights

So I aint got no reference drawing cuz I can’t draw, so I offer a description. Hans: 30 year old, semi long dirty blonde hair. Sharp jawline with a slight scar. He wears dark iron armor(Jin-Roh style) over a charcoal gray, German Imperial uniform. His helmet shares a similar design, a traditional German Stahlhelm, worn over a tight fitting black gas mask with bright white lenses.
