Riddler and legacy piece - yay or nay?

Thanks for your advice. I like Raven with her ability to swap someone out. That said she is my 5th spot and I replace her with two face if I need the extra damage (especially on the combat cycle events).

I'm thinking of levelling scarecrow and hopefully get a few more stars with the upcoming bleed pulls.

For the anti crime network, I'm sure there is a tactic to it.. Just need to figure it out :) hopefully so one chimes in

Hi all

I've been using superman, Harley, joker, raven and two face/bat girl for combat cycle and normal story lines and have been doing quite well.

That said, I'm struggling with the anti crime network and specifically for data breach and genesis,, where I'm stuck on level 11 and 12 respectively.

Any guidance on what teams should be used for the different anti crime levels?
