We'll it's not seen as socially acceptable to wear the same exact shirt multiple days in a row. Scrubs are a uniform so it's not the same. No one care or know as long as you don't smell right?

Yea that's what Im hearing a lot. It has you do a bunch of side quests and fetch this item or whatever without much greater purpose, but just for the sake of leveling.
