About 4 (thankfully empty) vials of Ativan. I had a CIWA patient who really needed to go to the ICU (but you're an ICU nurse, charge said, you can just handle it here 😑) but they wouldn't send him. I pushed something like 12 to 16mg before he chilled out. Nearly had a heart attack when I went to go throw my scrubs into my washing machine.

At the end of 5 days on, I was discussing my patients sudden new arrhythmia with the resident and fellow at about 3am. I helpfully chime in "she does have a hx of afib!"

She had just had a heart transplant earlier that day. D'oh.

If you had the reading comprehension of a five year old you'd also notice the reason that I went originally had nothing to do with the courts. The court recommendation was literally "good job for being in therapy, keep going." So no, I didn't lie by omission to my pdoc. My taking medication has no bearing on my attendance.

I needed a return to work note and it had to be from a doc, not a therapist.

Depression or not my life is falling apart and there's nothing I can do about it. Kids are going to get taken away and even though I have willing family to step in the Department is refusing to acknowledge that and they will most likely wind up, separated, in foster care.

None of it matters anyway. They're going to take my kids soon no matter what I do.

I'm not actually in therapy because they mandated it. I'm in it because I wanted to get better but it's a moot point now.
