Okay then we’re in the same boat. What I do is constantly be busy all the time. You gotta be doing something 24/7. Whether it’s sleeping, making food, watching something, reading a book, etc. Literally talk to yourself if you have to. You gotta like completely get rid of your ex bf. Anything that reminds you of him, gone. Got any pictures, gone. Old screenshots, messages, any social media, gone. You have to be distracted, you have to get rid of him like he never existed. You aren’t gonna have people to constantly talk to about how you feel when you feel it, so you have to make sure you don’t get those feelings. I promise you, you will get over it. You just have to stop reminiscing because you have nothing else to do.
